Apple & granola rings

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 granny smith apples
  • 8 tbsp homemade granola or Slimmer’s Choice Swiss muesli
  • 6 tsp nut butter (homemade or with no added sugar/salt)

METHOD

Core the apples, then slice each apple into about 3 or 4 thick slices per apple.

Spread the nut butter on the apple slices.

Add a sprinkle of homemade granola over the nut butter and serve for breakfast.
